Wii Fit Plus
*I’m not really what one might call a gamer, but, as far as gaming goes, I keep it old-school. I prefer my games without graphic violence and my controllers simple. That means Super Nintendo and Wii all the way.*
Not only is it better for you than an ass-sittin’ video game, Wii Fit Plus is kind of a blast to play.
There are plenty of easy, sweat-free games to do on it, but, with the right combination, you can burn some serious calories.
The yoga and strength training is top-notch, because the the balance board measures your weight. So, it can detect when you are doing an exercise wrong or right. It even lets you know when you’re not breathing properly.
How’s that for a personal trainer?
I dig most of the games on Wii Fit plus, but if you want to engage in a true Riley-style routine, do yoga, do strength training, and then hula hoop it, box it, bike it, skateboard it, rhythm Kung-Fu it, walk the rhythm parade, run the obstacle course, and, for dessert, knock some bitches out in the snowball fight.
