So, today we were discussing David Caruso. What else would we be doing on a Monday? And I said, when writing action dialogue, one should always think, “What would David Caruso say?” And then Shawna said, when writing action scenes, one should always think, “What would David Caruso do?” You know, like ‘What would Jesus do’?

But you could never actually use ‘What would David Caruso do?’ as a life-guider, because the answer is always going to be the same, regardless of the situation.
