That is horrifying, but I’ve been afraid of something like this happening ever since they first started making laptops that had built-in web cams. And have thought about it even more since I bought one of them. It’s a freaky thought.
The thing that amazes me is that they had to have realized that accessing the webcam without cause wasn’t right – but to report the kid and expose themselves? Idiots!
