Watch Leslie on The League!

(a completely biased essay on femslashy goodness by Sensei Riley LaShea) Once upon a time, the cheese stood alone. And the cheese was Xena. In the time before Xena, there existed in the universe relatively dull substances that occasionally joined together in a union somewhat resembling femslash, but the emergence of girl/girl pairings like fire…
Okay, okay, so it’s totally obvious, but I simply can’t help it. I have much love for prematurely bald and depressed protagonists with wildly creative pet beagles. Riley’s Fave Christmas Special #1 A Charlie Brown Christmas – Charlie Brown ranting about commercialism… the little tree that could… the dancing… Linus’ speech about the meaning of…
Or, as she was often considered in my house growing up, Ada Frances Mosby, II. Ada is my grandmother on my dad’s side. She died when I was 9. I’m not really sure how long after her death I discovered Designing Women, but, once it was syndicated, I watched it a lot, often with my…
When the troupe spends two-thirds of the episode in the same cave, and the episode is Bae-Neal/Rumple-centric, there simply isn’t much to see. Unless you totally adore a constantly righteous, self-sacrificing youth as a character. Not that I’m saying that’s Baelfire. That’s just how he’s being written. Now, while I enjoy the fact that Regina has…

Speaking of TV, have you heard of Angie getting her gun back? N says that Rizzoli sounds like Italian food. Which I think is short for at some point we’re going to watch it together and have some nice Italian food and wine. Don’t forget the wine, it’s something to celebrate. I mean, Angie-as-cop :D.
Sadly, without Red though. Too bad she’s too young to be cast as the ME, I wouldn’t have minded.
I did read this. I’ll probably tune in at least once, should it actually make it all the way to the fall lineup, though Angie’s hotness alone doesn’t usually have the ability to hold me to a show. So, if it sucks, I will likely tune right back out. Unless it gets all subtexty on me.
Are you going to be watching V?
I did see V. Not really feeling it. See post.
