Some big things happened in this country last night, and I can’t let that go unacknowledged. But I don’t want to spend thousands of words on this election that is (thankfully) over either. Plus, if I climb too high on my soapbox, I may end up sobbing atop it, and this is far too happy…
I walked into the Nevada caucus a reluctant first-timer, and walked out a county delegate. It wasn’t that I didn’t want to go to the caucus, to vote, or to support my candidate. I did. In fact, you might say I have never supported a candidate more. I supported Hillary in 2008, and I support her…

“…the greatest leader never allowed to lead.†Truer words were never written. Even though I’m just an observer of the American political scene, it still matters to me who Americans elect as President. It is said that when America sneezes, Canada blows its nose. The significance of Hillary R. Clinton as the first woman President would have gone beyond the United States.
On a lighter note; “sisterhood of the traveling pantsuit†that made me chuckle when I heard it Tuesday and again when I watch the Youtube video.
“We shall not know what kind of president Clinton would have been, and thus it can always be imagined that she would have been great.”
