I have a reputation for cynicism in some circles. What I call realism, others call pessimism. What I call accurate observation, others call looking on the dark side. I do tend toward caution in belief where other people can see. What most people don’t know is how much my facade, mostly in what I say…
Dreamscape
Throughout my life, I’ve been blessed – and cursed – with rather vivid dreams. I can’t qualify them as “extremely” or “extraordinarily” vivid dreams, because I don’t spend a whole lot of time in other people’s dreamscapes, but I do know that they are vivid. When I was pretty young, early elementary school-age, I had…
The Bend in the Road
I went for a solo walk/run yesterday. Mainly a walk with occasional, brief bouts of running consisting of short strides and poorly-taken breaths. Good news? Alright let see. Well I don’t have any bad news so that’s good right? But real good news ok. I’ve been planning a trip to Paris, for this summer, and through a work contact I might have found a nice place to stay for practically nothing. If it works out, that’ll be excellent news. And there’s bound to be sexy chicks there.
What else can I tell you? Oh! Ok I know. I’ve got this really bad seasonal eczema and this winter it’s been particularly harsh (obviously not the good news). Earlier in the week someone, a doctor, recommended a product. I tried it and oh my God!! It burned like hell, felt like someone poured acid on my skin (still not the good news) actually, according to a pharmacist I talk to the next day, I got first degree burns. Here’s the good news, said pharmacist sold me a miracle in a little tube. Ointment I’d never heard of, and believe me I’ve tried a lot of them, the burning stopped immediately and after one day my skin was back to a normal color and now the eczema is almost all gone. And the pharmacist, she, was kinda hot. 🙂
I can’t believe I almost forgot!
WMC Virtual Season fans got some pretty good news tonight. 😀
