For the sake of reference, and sadly reporting that my sleep schedule has become a whack nightmare in which I go to bed when most of the world is waking up, today is still yesterday, Saturday, June 12th.

When I woke up this morning, I realized that, as of 5 am, I was glad that I’m not a Spirit Airlines ticket holder. Then, at approximately 3:15 pm, I was really, really glad that I’m not England goalie Robert Green. Seriously. That poor bastard. As I watched that ball putter across the goal line, I willed a body-soul swap where I could trade places with him. While it would be disappointing for me to never get to return to London or York, England’s not necessarily my home and, at any rate, there are plenty of other places in the world where I like to be. So, being exiled from the country wouldn’t be nearly as devastating for me.

Sidebar: While I generally get annoyed at having to delete spam messages from my site, occasionally I get one that makes the hassle worthwhile. Like this one -
