The day you celebrate how long you’ve had a mom… or something like that. I saw mine. And my sister – also a mom. And my Aunt Mary – a surrogate mom. And a lady that I haven’t seen since I was a teenager – a mom, but not related to me at all in her momhood, though her dog did once bite me on the nose and it was kind of cool to see a lady who used to play euchre with my grandma.
Not trying to bring down the early morning hours after this U.S. quasi-holiday, but just a little something to think about.
