There was a new trailer released for Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince. When they changed the release date from next month to July of next year, I did my whole, “By the time they release this, I’m so not going to care” routine. I always do that when they disappoint me. And it’s always a lie. I care. I do. Even though the last two movies have been less than stellar, and I am expecting much the same out of this one, I still can’t wait. It also helps a lot that book six was my least favorite of the series (actually I didn’t like it at all) and so there is a great possibility that whatever the movie version has to offer, it will probably outshine the book for me. That hasn’t happened since Prisoner of Azkaban. And now let us all take a moment to genuflect before Alfonso Cuarón.

Oooh, I hadn’t seen this one. Looks liek they are deviating from canon a little again, which can only be good news this time. That book was so painful to read. Painful in the way it made me cringe and beg the characters not to do whatever they were about to do. Bah! I wish I could hit Harry with a bit of rolled up paper like that though. Bad boy! No!
And was that Sirius I saw? Weeeeird.
(so now you have total confirmation of what a nerd I am :D)
