According to several sources, including The Hollywood Reporter and TV Guide, ABC officially announced that Women’s Murder Club has been canceled today. I’m sure there are many things we don’t know about what’s going on behind-the-scenes, but, damn, does this seem a super kind of stupid on their part. WMC’s ratings were not bad at all for a Friday night. They weren’t even bad for a Tuesday night. They really weren’t bad for a Tuesday night against one of the top-rated shows on television. Regardless, this does seem to be happening and it does suck ass.

While last week’s episode was nothing short of suck-tastic, it doesn’t change the fact that no Lindsay/Cindy on a weekly basis will be utterly lame.

We can make a last ditch effort, but I’m fairly certain we’re going to get shafted.
