So, the people that I am temping for at the moment have been anxious for me to apply for a permanent job with them. I turned in my application today. I stewed with it for a while. Here’s the dilemma.

I know the permanent position will pay more and that would be fabulous for now. On the other hand, I anticipate this job being incredibly temporary, to the end of the year max, so if I take the job, I’ll end up leaving shortly after learning how to do it. I would feel fairly bad about that. And these people all seem reasonably humane, so I would hate to be cruel. Plus, it’s not very Christ-like.
